Project conversation
We talk through the property, the scope, what matters most to you and the timing. Mostly we're working out whether this is a good fit both ways.
Design & feasibility
We bring in the right design and engineering input before anyone commits to what can actually be built on your site.
Preconstruction
Scope, selections, allowances and schedule get nailed down here, so the decision to start building is made on real information.
Construction
We run the build with regular updates, decisions written down and everyone clear on who owns what. Nothing slips.
Completion
The work, the paperwork and the last details get closed out properly. A deliberate handover, not an abrupt finish.
